Satheesh Thomas, founder of Pearl Global, shouldered the responsibility of oaring the boat through testing waters. A tireless traveler who is always willing to meet customers, he is committed to PGS’s culture of customer centricity, its reputation for high service quality as well as its tradition of innovation. A technopreneur known for his ability to make big bets on new technology, Satheesh has been driving several innovative initiatives at Pearl, some of which have since scaled into sizeable new businesses.

Satheesh has over 22 years’ experience of successfully architecting and delivering large-scale, complex change and transformation programmes across multiple industry sectors. Satheesh is also the co-founder of Pumex Infotech, a web and mobile development organisation with established global client base since 2008.With a career spanning several engineering and sales leadership roles in diverse markets globally, Satheesh provides an uncommon blend of deep technical knowledge and sharp business acumen. Satheesh assumed complete responsibility of scaling Pumex from an India based agency to a globally spread organisation today .Satheesh was the Head, Program management team, Tejas networks ( I) Ltd and has also worked with Philips Semiconductors as the ClusterLead, System Technology & Architecture Group. He has also played Significant roles in reputed organisations like Tata Elxsi and Lucent technologies. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from M.G. University , Kerala, a Diploma in Management and is also PMP Certified.

Dr Anil Kumar is Pearl Global Solution’s chief technology & innovation officer and leads the company’s Technology group. He is also a member of PGS’s Global Management Committee.Dr Kumar, an alumni of  IIT kharagpur is a wizard when it comes to analysing data,suggesting simple solutions to blockers  using neural networks and works magic in visualising data.

In addition to overseeing PGS’s technology strategy, Dr. Anil Kumar has responsibility for driving innovation through R&D activities and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally. He also leads the company’s large group of highly skilled, certified technology architects, who apply new technologies and architectural foundations in building solutions for clients across industries. In addition, Dr. Kumar is responsible for managing PGS’s alliances, partnerships and senior-level relationships with leading and emerging technology companies. A financial expert, he has an acumen for data – its trends and patterns and is in full capacity to guide the technology experts to a fulfilling direction. He developed the Digital Business vision and helped shape PGS’s early moves to establish its digital business leadership. 25 years and still counting, Anil has been a game changer in the technology space mentoring sharp minds spread across various organisations during his tenure as a CTO there. Holder of Masters and Ph D, Anil is also a doting parent and a voracious reader.
